By making a booking on DRIVR.PK, you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. These terms govern all vehicle rental transactions between you and DRIVR.PK (operated by HPK Fleet Services, Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan).
DRIVR.PK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its sole discretion without liability.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email containing your booking reference (DRV-YYYY-XXXX).
Upon booking, an account is automatically created using your email address. A secure one-click login link is sent to access your bookings at any time.
The following documents are mandatory for all rentals without exception:

A DRIVR.PK driver is mandatory in the following cases. This is non-negotiable:

Driver charges: PKR 1,500 per 8 hours + PKR 371 petrol allowance (subject to change with fuel prices). Driver charges are separate from the vehicle rental rate.
DRIVR.PK holds the Customer's original CNIC as a security deposit for the duration of the rental. The CNIC is returned immediately upon vehicle return in satisfactory condition and full payment received.
For premium vehicles (Toyota Fortuner, Toyota Prado, Ford Ranger), DRIVR.PK may additionally hold the original driving license during the rental period.
DRIVR.PK accepts the following payment methods:

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). DRIVR.PK reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Your confirmed booking price will not change after confirmation.
DRIVR.PK operates from Latifabad No. 8, Hyderabad, with additional pickup points in Qasimabad and City Centre Hyderabad.
Doorstep delivery is available within Hyderabad at a minimum charge of PKR 500. Delivery charges may increase based on distance. The exact delivery charge will be confirmed by DRIVR.PK before your pickup.
Customers may also collect the vehicle from our nearest pickup point at no additional charge.

Cancellations must be made via the My Bookings page or by contacting DRIVR.PK on WhatsApp. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
Refunds for online payments are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
The vehicle must be returned by the agreed return date and time. If the vehicle is returned late:
If the Customer wishes to extend the rental, they must contact DRIVR.PK via WhatsApp at least 6 hours before the scheduled return time. Extensions are subject to availability and will be billed at the standard daily rate.
DRIVR.PK reserves the right to recover the vehicle if it is not returned within 4 hours of the agreed return time without prior communication.
The Customer is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition it was received — same fuel level, no damage, clean interior and exterior.

All vehicles are photographed before handover. Any pre-existing damage is documented and will not be charged to the Customer. Any new damage discovered upon return is the Customer's liability.
The vehicle may not be used for:
Transportation of illegal goods or substances · Sub-renting or sharing with third parties · Racing, off-road driving, or reckless operation · Crossing provincial or international borders without prior written consent from DRIVR.PK · Carrying more passengers than the vehicle's rated capacity.
Violation of any prohibited use will result in immediate termination of the rental, full forfeiture of deposit, and recovery of the vehicle at the Customer's expense. DRIVR.PK reserves the right to pursue legal action.
DRIVR.PK is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or consequential loss arising from the use of a rented vehicle, including but not limited to traffic violations, accidents caused by the Customer, theft due to Customer negligence, or any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
DRIVR.PK's maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the total rental amount paid for that booking.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan.
